Where Great Spaces Take Shape

  1. Conversation

Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your goals, your budget, and how you want to live in the space – the ideas and priorities that shape everything that follows.

  2. Design

From there, we turn your vision into a custom pool plan built around your home and lifestyle. We refine the layout, features, and finishes while keeping permitting and construction in view, so the design works as beautifully as it looks.

  3. Build

Once the plan is approved, our team brings the project to life – managing the build from start to finish with clear communication, careful quality control, and attention to detail at every stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does pool construction take?

Every build is different. The timeline depends on the pool’s size, design, site conditions, and permitting, so we map out a realistic schedule during the design phase and keep you updated at every stage through to completion.

How much does a custom pool cost?

Every estimate starts with a conversation and an on-site look at your property. Size, shape, finishes, features like a spa or water features, and site conditions all drive the number, so we price your plan after that visit – not over the phone – and put the full scope in a written proposal you can review line by line.

What areas does Sapphire Pools serve?

We design, build, and renovate pools across South Florida – Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie counties, from Port St. Lucie and Stuart down through the Palm Beaches and into Broward. Find your city in the list above to see local information, services, and projects.

What materials are used for custom pools?

We build concrete (gunite) pools and spas. For interiors we work with finishes such as Pebble Technology, Florida Stucco, and StoneScapes – pebble and quartz aggregates hold up to our sun, salt air, and chemistry swings better than plain plaster – and waterline tile from NPT Tile, Maretzi, Aquabella, Artistry in Mosaics, and Luv Tile. We bring samples so you can judge colors in your own daylight.

Do you handle permits and HOA requirements?

Yes. We pull permits and coordinate inspections in the cities we build in, and we prepare the drawings and details your HOA needs for approval. Every building department and community has its own rules, so we build those reviews into your schedule from the start.

How do I choose the right pool shape and size?

Start with how you want to use the pool – laps, lounging, entertaining, or play – then we look at your lot, setbacks, sun and shade, the view from the house, and any HOA guidelines. During the design phase we refine the layout, depth, and features with you so the pool fits both your property and the way you live outdoors.

Do you provide warranties on your pools?

Coverage depends on the scope of your project and the products we install – structure, finishes, and equipment each carry their own terms. We spell out the workmanship and manufacturer coverage in your written proposal, so you know exactly what’s included before you commit.
